|Recommended: NoThe place is ok — living at Huntington circle all I can said is that is a calm community, but the maintenance is not so good
|Recommended: YesFinally — Just writing a quick thank you to the staff at Huntington Circle apts. The current manager Lydia, met with me this morning and heard everything I was concerned about. Didn't interrupt,I explained everything and even made her a list. She said she understood and immediately started the process of taking care of it. These problems having been growing but she took care of them swiftly. I now have everything scheduled and ready to be repaired. I'm enjoying this property very much. Also the front desk assistant is very courteous and always greets me with a smile. Anahi Moreno answers ask my questions and always checks up afterwards. I'm loving this community, thank you for your time.
|Recommended: YesGood price sq ft — family oriented, homely, nice design, good floor plan
|Recommended: YesPeaceful, family base — It's like a small community of families whose trying to live their life and raise their children. It's a great pleas to start over and get your life in order.
|Recommended: YesQuiet place to live — The area is quiet and close to my children's school and I don't have a long commute to work.
|Recommended: YesContent — My family and I moved here after we were displaced due to a fire. We have been here two years and We have been pretty pleased. Its quiet and very centrally located. My only complaint would be of the residents that don't pick up after their pets. Other than that, i have been comfortable here.
|Recommended: YesQuiet, friendly, convenient — I ve lived her 3 years, and the amenities increase very year. I Love the dog park.

|Recommended: YesIt is a great place to live, close to Grapvine and everywhere you d need to go in Lewisville. — Besides the neighbors playing their music loud, not bad.
|Recommended: YesIt s a pretty good place — Apartments are spacious. PARKING It used to be a nightmare, but it has gotten much better. If you come home at 1 AM, of course finding a spot will be hard. NOISE Neighbors are quiet, but they also live. So there is some noise but it s not obnoxious partying or fighting. The children are a bit of a problem mostly because the parents don t watch them . GROUNDS They keep em as clean as possible. On Sunday the dumpsters are overflowing -- they need bigger dumpsters. CONSTRUCTION This is where HC has lost me. The interiors are nice, but a lot of the patios are falling apart. The windows are mismatched they started changing windows then stopped about a year ago . MAINTENANCE It s gotten very good. Quick to respond to emergencies. STAFF Christina is missed but Stephanie is really sweet. After a whirlwind of really bad management - the last 2 managers have been a blessing. Stephanie hasn t been here long, but so far she s been really nice and very accommodating. OVERALL It is a decent place to live. It s quiet, people and management are friendly, and for the most part it is clean. The complex is very kid and dog friendly. We ve been here for over 10 years almost and the last few years with Anterra and then Allmark taking over, we have been our happiest.
|Recommended: YesGood Place — It s good - especially for the money. The rent is low, the grounds are generally well kept, and the apartments are HUGE. There was a recent change in management and after being used to the same person for almost 4 years or so I was a bit bias but the new manager, Stephanie is extremely nice and on top of things. Huntington Circle is a great place to come home to.
|Recommended: YesI enjoy the neighbor hood and the schools and the neighbors are friendly and helpful we look out for each other — Quite and peaceful
