|Recommended: YesIt S A Pretty Good Place — Apartments are spacious.
PARKING
It used to be a nightmare, but it has gotten much better. If you come home at 1 AM, of course finding a spot will be hard.
NOISE
Neighbors are quiet, but they also live. So there is some noise but it s not obnoxious partying or fighting. The children are a bit of a problem mostly because the parents don t watch them .
GROUNDS
They keep em as clean as possible. On Sunday the dumpsters are overflowing -- they need bigger dumpsters.
CONSTRUCTION
This is where HC has lost me. The interiors are nice, but a lot of the patios are falling apart. The windows are mismatched they started changing windows then stopped about a year ago .
MAINTENANCE
It s gotten very good. Quick to respond to emergencies.
STAFF
Christina is missed but Stephanie is really sweet. After a whirlwind of really bad management - the last 2 managers have been a blessing. Stephanie hasn t been here long, but so far she s been really nice and very accommodating.
OVERALL
It is a decent place to live. It s quiet, people and management are friendly, and for the most part it is clean. The complex is very kid and dog friendly. We ve been here for over 10 years almost and the last few years with Anterra and then Allmark taking over, we have been our happiest.
|Recommended: YesGood Place — It s good - especially for the money. The rent is low, the grounds are generally well kept, and the apartments are HUGE. There was a recent change in management and after being used to the same person for almost 4 years or so I was a bit bias but the new manager, Stephanie is extremely nice and on top of things. Huntington Circle is a great place to come home to.

|Recommended: YesIt S A Great Place Minus Maintenance. Quiet. — I ve really had no issues except maintenance there s always a few things here or there but overall I enjoy it. Christina in the office is amazing, one of the best and most helpful people I have ever met. She is outstanding!
|Recommended: YesWorth It! — The location is great. It s near Wal-Mart and Vista Ridge Mall and plenty gas stations. The interior of the one bedroom is awesome, high ceiling in the living room and spacious bedroom and closet. The two bedroom one bath is also very nice, large living room, great size for master bedroom and the other room may be small for some but perfect for myself. It has a decent size pool. Maintenance is okay but he could be nicer and less of a creep staring at women up down. Pool is usually dirty and got a pink eye one time. front office workers are nice. a good place to live overall. There s not much noise in the one and two bedroom apartments but I don t know about the 3 bedroom. the 3 bedroom people are usually a big family so it may be noisy but I m not sure.
|Recommended: YesAffordable, Friendly Office And Maintenance Staff — Huntington Circle has a friendly office and maintenance staff that work in a timely manner to take care of you. The residents are friendly, but the community also offers plenty of privacy.
