|Recommended: YesPeacefull — I have lived here for two years going on my third. If I've ever had a problem, the management has always been polite and willing to work through the issue so that everyone comes out happy. It's been a great environment to raise my daughter and know that she can safely play outside without any problems. For the most part the insulation of the apartments aren't that bad except during a freezing cold front. The insides could use a little update bit overall I love living here. They are quick to fix any maintenance or pest issue which is something I truly value. Lidia and Cindy are great and really strive to make this a happy community.

|Recommended: YesProperty Is Nice Wish They Would Redo The Panel On Outside Of Apartments And Replace All Apartments With New Windows There Is Only A Few They Have Replaced. — It nice and quiet no one bothers anyone. Jessica in the office is very good at what she does and very nice and understanding. She is one of the reasons why we live here cause of her Thanks Jessica.
|Recommended: YesManagement Trys To Keep Community Looking Good And Clean. — The staff were all friendly and helpful, if I needed maintenance it was always done promptly. I have disabilities and they were always understanding of my needs, the sweet porter made my day every morning with a warm smile and greeting. In general I enjoyed living here, but have to be honest about the road noise, it can be much.

|Recommended: YesMeet And Greet With Neighbors — The management had a meet and greet neighbors night to find out the concerns of the residents. I never lived in a complex where this was done this shows they care about us and willing to fix issues... Keep up the good work ladies

I can truly say, I have never lived in an apartment complex that actually extended themselves to the residents. This shows me they do care and are willing to listen to our issues and get them corrected. Keep up the good work ladies

|Recommended: NoIt Is Okay — There is absolutely no parking after 9pm, theres roaches even though people have been sent more then a few times, dog bag trash can NEVER has any bags so theres dog poop everywhere. Staff is nice and has always worked with me if i had any problems, they are great. Maintenance always comes when they say they will. Not very noisy unless the kids are on break but thats to be expected anywhere. Apartments are old so of course theres issues.

|Recommended: YesIts Ok — nice and quiet, but the roaches are a problem, spraying won't work because they are living in the walls and the garbage dumpsters, you need to go through the apartments and use caulk to seal all the holes, especially behind stoves and fridges, in the long-run this is cheaper than spraying and safer and more effective

|Recommended: YesOkay — Apartments are decent for older apartments. Noise is not to bad. Parking on the other hand is HORRIBLE i live in the back and if i am not home for 8 or 9 i have to park way over on the other side by the front office.
|Recommended: YesAffordable 2 Bedroom Apartments In Lewisville — Huntington is an older, established community so the buildings will have a few more issues of their own. They do need some upkeep on the exterior of the buildings and double paned windows for all, but this is an affordable place to stay in Lewisville, where affordability is recently harder to find. The staff and maintenance team at Huntington is excellent Cindy is by far the best rep I've worked with at an apartment complex in all my 8 years of renting. Quite a few smokers tend to live in the complex, and we can sometimes smell it in the rooms without carpet, but that's a small price to pay and fixable by air purifier for an apartment that is safe and affordable for my family.
